At LuxuryCore, we carefully inspect every pre-loved bag before listing it for sale. All items are sold as described, and we encourage customers to review product photos and details carefully before placing an order.

7-Day Easy Exchange

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

• The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with clear photos of the issue.

Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns or exchange differences, if applicable, will be provided as store credit only.

Shipping Charges

Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
