All pre-loved bags are sold as-is. Please check photos and product details carefully before purchasing.

If you have additional inquiries about an item before placing an order, you can WhatsApp or call us at +92-340-2548821 between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged, broken, or missing parts, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email (info@luxurycore.store or WhatsApp (+92-340-2548821).

Refunds are issued as store credit only; cash refunds are not available.Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Other than the above cases, all sales are final.
