1. All bags are pre-loved and sold as-is. Please check photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is damaged, broken, or missing parts, reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refunds are issued as store credit only; cash refunds are not available. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Payment can be made via available options including Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank transfer.

5. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
